Great communication on a Sunday evening (I wasn't assuming a response, I had just sent off a query ready for a reply on Monday ) via the website page. I had assumed after dropping my phone and seeing a crack in several places that I had indeed done some damage and required a new screen. I called in and was told that it was actually the screen protector which had shattered and that all I needed was a replacement protection screen.
